Come Meet Children’s Author Jennifer Morhaime!

As a Children’s book author, I love to inspire children to live their dreams and keep learning. I have been writing for over 30 years as a way to work through my anxiety and emotional highs and lows of growing up.

I published my first book in July 2021 and now have 11 books to enjoy! Effie’s Adventures captivates children with bright and inclusive illustrations and combine learning through fun themes and creating friends.

Sweet Halloween is a spooky sweet tale of being a kid no matter who or what you are. And our newest series, Adventures with T-Rex, takes you on six adventures of imagination through your toddlers’ eyes.

I grew up in the Issaquah Highlands but now live in the Renton Highlands with my husband and two beautiful boys. I teach at an inclusive preschool as a way to connect with young families and to understand my neurodivergent son on a higher level too.
